I am 95% happy that my parents are getting new furniture (first time in 25 years of marriage). New carpet too! The 5% of unhappiness comes from the fact that we will not be allowed to eat in the livingroom anymore. Just today I spilled hamburger helper on my pants and the pillow while sitting on the old loveseat. I savored the moment because it may be the last one of its kind. Oh well.
